The inquiry form processes your name, business contact details, country or region, product requirements, message, source page and security-verification result so our assigned sales representative can review and respond.
Purpose and routing
We use the information to assess product or project requirements, prepare a response or quotation and support the requested business activity. The CRM routes ZHIQI ELECTRIC website inquiries to the assigned sales account.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile security verification. The inquiry is transmitted server-to-server to our CRM using signed requests. Standard technical logs may be processed for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is retained in the CRM according to business, legal, security and record-keeping needs, and is shared only with service providers or business participants reasonably needed to handle the inquiry.
Your choices
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, private keys, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive personal information. You may instead contact sales by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
