ConVac

ConVac is ABB’s new generation of vacuum contactors, suitable for electrical switchgear in AC power distribution systems, especially ideal for applications requiring frequent operation. It features a linear drive design, with the operating mechanism and vacuum interrupter contacts moving in the same direction, ensuring superior operating characteristics and a longer service life. The three-phase separate pole design further enhances its insulation and mechanical performance. Electrical and mechanical interlocking functions are also available to meet specific customer requirements. It includes both electrical and mechanical self-holding capabilities, simultaneously meeting major international and domestic standards such as GB, IEC, and UL.
